What are eComm’s rates?
Our rates are dependent on your industry, business model, and needs. At your free solutions consultation, we will sit down with you to discuss your business and break down the costs associated with credit card processing. If you like, you can do some research ahead of time and learn about credit card processing fees and pricing models on our Alaska partner’s website.
Credit card processing is expensive, no doubt about it. At eComm, we focus on providing valuable service rather than playing the “rates game” like other merchant services providers, although we do offer competitive rates for our clients. Unlike other providers, eComm’s rates never go up!
Who should I contact if my terminal isn’t working, my transactions are intermittently failing, or I am having payment processing issues in general?

If you are frequently experiencing slow transactions and you have used the same terminal for several years, you may want to consider upgrading to an Internet Protocol (IP) enabled POS system, such as Clover®. These systems are typically much faster than older models.
Will switching to eComm save me money?
It very well may! When we meet with you at your free solutions consultation, part of our discussion will be to determine if we are a good fit for your industry, business model, and needs. Some of our clients save money on payment processing outright, others experience savings through service—because we answer our support phones (unlike some merchant services providers), we do not leave you with sticky situations like “money on hold” or an inoperative terminal, which can lose you money fast.
Can you provide me with terminal paper?
Absolutely! We provide 2.25-inch terminal paper at no additional charge as long as you are doing business with us. Please submit a support ticket indicating your need for a restock.
Is the Clover® POS system compatible with other software and equipment? Clover® is compatible with many payment processing hardware such as barcode scanners, the Clover® Mini, and EMV chip readers. It is also compatible with many software such as QuickBooks, customer loyalty programs, and ecommerce solutions.
